I started my career at this company as a design engineer. Listening to our customers on-site, I continuously refined our instruments, sometimes even making unscripted modifications right at the installation venue. Through these experiences, I became convinced of one thing: a truly great instrument is not completed on a specification sheet, but on the floor of the customer’s research lab.
We are by no means a large corporation. Yet, it is precisely this size that allows us to face each customer’s challenges head-on and take full responsibility until the very end. “Thank you for building such a great instrument”—together with our team, we will continue to dedicate ourselves to the kind of work that earns these exact words from the front lines of research.

Bunkoukeiki Co., Ltd. which was established in Sept, 1977 as one of the affiliated company of JASCO Corporation, specializes in customizing the spectroscopic instruments and optical measurement instruments which are specific to the needs and applications to the academic customers, governmental institutions, and R&D departments for the industries.
Using various light sources, monochoromators and software, we have developed the spectroscopic systems which are suitable to the customers’ solution. Our instruments have offered much higher performance to support the customers in the various fields such as development of the new and functional materials, inspection for the thin film and etc. ,which cannot be offered by the conventional systems. We have developed many types of the systems which is only one available in the world to meets the customer’s specific requirements.

Established the Sales Division (simultaneously opening the West Japan and East Japan Sales Offices).

Opened the Tokyo Sales Office.

Relocated the West Japan Sales Office (Higashiyodogawa-ku, Osaka).

Relocated the Tokyo Sales Office (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo).

Integrated the Tokyo Sales Office with the East Japan Sales Office, and established the newly integrated East Japan Sales Office in Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo.
